Once you have decided what kind of list you need you click on the order here button listed in several locations on the webpage.
You will be directed to our processing page through Formstack the software we use for our shopping cart.
Next you select the general category you are looking for in a list along with size.
After you enter in your personal information so we can recognize you and send your order the most important section is Notes. This is the field that we use to make your customized campaign. Here you can list any additional criteria you are looking for besides the general categories. We can sort by gender, age, state, zip, city and multiple interests. (Note we have opt-in information so if they don’t provide age and gender it will not be available in all contacts.)
Make sure to add in any discount codes you may have.
Once submitted you will get a confirmation email that your order is being processed.
We verify all credit card orders to protect you from fraudulent credit card use. If the order data can be linked to the card number then we proceed with the order. We will ask for further information to confirm your identity to protect you against fraud.
After the order is processed they system will send you another email call the Campaign Customization form. This is where you detail how you want your campaign to look like.
Next you will get an email from our customer service that they are working on your order and expected time when it will be complete. If there is any other information we need to complete your order we might ask further questions.
Our Design will start working on the HTML email ad. Once it is finished usually a day or two we will send the proof copy to you for approval. We will ask you to respond with an “okay to send” email and after that your campaign will be launched in 1 business day!
